I must now deal with a postponed division on amendment No. 2 to the motion on home heating fuels.

As the gap is fewer than ten votes and because of the seriousness of the issue for so many people in rural Ireland, we are asking that under Standing Order 83(3)(b), the vote be taken by other than electronic means.
