Before we move to the motion regarding arrangements for the sitting of the House, I have passed the Leader a note to say the Minister who is dealing with the next item has been delayed. The Leader may, therefore, have to propose an amendment to the Order of Business.

Notwithstanding the Order of Business, I propose that statements on wind energy be taken at 1 p.m.
