I move:
That, in accordance with the recommendation of the Committee on Standing Orders and Dáil Reform pursuant to Standing Order 128(2)( b ), a Special Committee on Preventing and Responding to Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence is hereby established, with Orders of Reference as contained in the report of the Committee on Standing Orders and Dáil Reform entitled " Establishing Special Committee on Preventing and Responding to Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence ", a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 9th July, 2026.
