Before commencing, the House must agree the arrangements for next week's proceedings of the Special Committee on Covid-19 Response. Those arrangements were notified in the report of the Business Committee for next week's business, which was circulated to Members this afternoon. Can we take those arrangements as read and can I take it that the committee's proposals are agreed? Agreed.
