Institutional Burials Bill 2022: Referral to Select Committee

On 3 March, the motion to refer the Institutional Burials Bill 2022 to select committee was inadvertently not moved. I understand it is proposed this Bill be sent to the select committee and I ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, Deputy O'Gorman, to move the motion of referral.

That the Bill be referred to the Select Committee on Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth pursuant to Standing Orders 95(3)( a ) and 181(1).
