(b) This member, having primary responsibility for the exercise of the functions of the Commission relating to online safety, shall also be known as the Online Safety Commissioner. (c) Nothing in this subsection shall be interpreted to prevent other Commission members from taking an interest in or responsibility for the exercise of functions related to online safety.”.
