An tOrd Gnó - Order of Business Dail Éireann — 2022-11-29 ============================================================ Micheál Martin (FF), Cork South-Central I wanted to end in paradise. The issue related to business schemes and SMEs in small towns. We are very conscious of that. We did not bring people through Covid with a view to having people in trouble. The temporary business energy support scheme, TBESS, to help businesses with energy costs will be introduced before the end of the year. We need to see how that lands and what the experience is on the ground with a view to keeping it under review. We will be keeping an eye on the impact of the energy crisis on small and medium-sized companies and, in particular, the help they get from the scheme which will be introduced before the end of the year. --- Source: Houses of the Oireachtas.
