Sex Offenders (Amendment) Bill 2021: From the Seanad Dail Éireann — 2023-03-29 ============================================================ James Browne (FF), Wexford I am pleased to bring the Sex Offenders (Amendment) Bill 2021 back before the House. This Bill has successfully passed all Stages in the Seanad with two amendments, and I would like the support of the House in agreeing to these changes. The amendments are technical in nature and do not change in any substance the Bill. The amendments are simply to reflect the change in the name of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform to the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, which was formally agreed by the Government after the Bill had completed all Stages in this House. --- Source: Houses of the Oireachtas.
