I move amendment No. 113:
In page 35, between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following:
“(h) the extent to which the Scheme is in compliance with any determination by a judicial review or an international human rights treaty body relating to remedies for any person who resided in an institution in which children were placed, either directly or from a relevant institution under Schedule 1, and in respect of which a public body had a regulatory or inspection function;”.
