I move amendment No. 21:
In page 58, to delete lines 22 to 25 and substitute the following:
"(2) Before determining policing priorities, the Authority shall consult any such persons as the Authority considers appropriate.".
This is just making the point that we would like the authority to have more power and not to be beholden to the Commissioner entirely.
