The second Topical Issue matter has been submitted by Deputies Cahill, Fitzmaurice, McGuinness and Carthy. They wish to discuss the case of a farmer in County Kilkenny whose farm was hit by environmental contamination. I must apologise to the Deputies who have tabled this. I had indicated we would give two slots to this. That did not transpire but I will, with the agreement of the House, give an additional minute to each Deputy wishing to contribute on this matter if they are happy with that. Is that agreed? Agreed.
