Before I call on Senator Gavan, I welcome students and teachers from Meelick National School, who are here as guests of Deputy Alan Dillon, and Gorey Youthreach, who are guests of Deputy Paul Kehoe. They are all very welcome to Seanad Éireann and Leinster House, and I hope they enjoy their visit to Dublin and the Houses of the Oireachtas. I hope they enjoy the remainder of this debate for the period they are here. I call Senator Paul Gavan.
