I move amendment No. 64:
In page 96, lines 2 to 5, to delete all words from and including “child” in line 2 down to and including line 5 and substitute the following:
“international surrogacy agreement was a permitted international surrogacy agreement if it is satisfied that the best interests of the child justify such a waiver.”.
