I move amendment No. 85:
In page 49, between lines 33 and 34, to insert the following:
"(9) Notwithstanding subsection (8) , particulars of every declaration sought and made under this section of the Commission, including declarations sought and made under subsection (13) , and particulars of any appeal under subsection (7) being sought or made, shall also be published on the website of the Commission, within 3 days of such matters being sought or made as the case may be.".
