I move amendment No. 94:
In page 52, to delete lines 38 to 41, and in page 53, to delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute the following:
"(c)	Upon the payment of such fee as may be approved under section 365 , any person may make a request in writing to the Commission in relation to a development wholly or partly in the outer maritime area, being carried out or proposed to be carried out under this Act or the Act of 2000, for a declaration on the question of—".
