I believe I have seen the Deputy tweet about it. I saw him welcoming greenways and investment in footpaths and buses and all sorts of green investment going on in County Kerry, and why not? It should go on all across the county. I am sure the Deputy welcomes it as much as every other rural Deputy does as well. I thank the Deputy for raising the matter.
The Minister did not get a chance to respond to me on amendment No. 220. I will just reiterate that I am seeking to clarify that section 86(1)(a)(x) will not be misinterpreted. We do need to look at that so there is no confusion or ambiguity in that section.
