I move amendment No. 207:
In page 69, to delete lines 36 to 38 and substitute the following:
"(8) Any guidelines under section 52 of the Act of 2000 in force immediately before the repeal of that section by section 6 , shall continue in force until the first issuing of a National Planning Statement replacing such guidelines after the passing of this Act.".
