The following arrangements shall apply to the debate: if not previously concluded, the proceedings shall be brought to a conclusion after 52 minutes. Speeches shall be confined to a single round and the order of speaking and allocation of time shall be as follows: speeches by the Taoiseach, Tánaiste and Minister, Deputy Eamon Ryan, five minutes each; speeches by representatives of Sinn Féin, the Labour Party, Social Democrats, People Before Profit-Solidarity, the Regional Group, the Rural Independent Group and the Independent Group, five minutes per party or group; and speeches by non-aligned Members, two minutes; and Members may share time. --- Source: Houses of the Oireachtas.
