Before I call the Tánaiste, I welcome the guests of our friend and colleague Senator Horkan to the Distinguished Visitors Gallery, Candice Bergen MP, from Canada, and her husband, Michael. Candice is the former leader of the opposition in Canada. I thank them for being here and hope they enjoy their visit. Please make sure Senator Horkan buys you at least one glass of wine tonight.
