I move amendment No. 42:
In page 6, to delete line 24 and substitute the following:
"(2) This Act shall come into operation three months after the date of its passing to allow for necessary training and awareness of the changes amongst the judiciary, law enforcement, prosecutors, and other relevant stakeholders.".
I am interested to hear the Minister of State's comments on this amendment.
