We will continue with our consideration of the Bill. The Minister must come back in by order of the House at 8.10 p.m. and then Senator Frances Black will make her concluding remarks. As we have been interrupted by a Dáil vote, I will ask Members instead of the six minutes to contain their contributions to four minutes and then they will share time as we get closer to the end. We have about half an hour. I call Senator Joe Conway who has four minutes.
