I noticed yesterday an announcement by the Irish Government of additional funds being made available to the people of Palestine. There was an announcement before Christmas of €125 million made available to Ukraine. That is a total spend of €269 million. Can I get a clear run of that? How is it policed? When that money goes out of the State, how do we track where and how it goes and what groups are allocated those funds? How do we track to make sure it does not fall into the wrong hands? As the Minister of State will be aware, €269 million is approximately 678 €370,000 houses.
