I move:
That Seanad Éireann approves the exercise by the State of the option or discretion to which Article 20 of the Treaty on European Union relating to enhanced cooperation applies to establish enhanced cooperation as described in the draft Council Decision authorising enhanced cooperation on the establishment of a Loan for Ukraine, a copy of which was laid before Seanad Éireann on 21st January, 2026.
