I thank the Taoiseach. As there has been a precedent set to diverge from Standing Orders on Taoiseach's Questions and there was no change at the Standing Order Committee, I propose that I will take the 18 Deputies, or those present, for a minute each, and the Taoiseach will respond. However, after the Easter session I will revert to Standing Orders at 15 minutes per question in the absence of agreement from the Standing Order Dáil reform committee. We will begin with Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett.
