The Order of Business is No. 1, Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2025 - Report and Final Stages, to be taken at 12.45 p.m.; No. 2, Copyright and Related Rights (Amendment) Bill 2025 - Report and Final Stages, to be taken at the conclusion of No. 1 and to adjourn at 3.30 p.m., if not previously concluded; No. 3, Protection of Employees (Employers’ Insolvency) (Amendment) Bill 2025 - Second Stage, to be taken at 3.30 p.m. and to adjourn at 4.30 p.m., if not previously concluded, with the time allocated to the opening remarks of the Minister not to exceed ten minutes, group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes, all other Senators not to exceed five minutes, time may be shared, and the Minister to be given not less than ten minutes to reply to the debate; No. 4, statements to mark International Women’s Day, to be taken at 4.30 p.m. and to conclude at 6 p.m., if not previously concluded, with the time allocated to the opening remarks of the Minister not to exceed ten minutes, group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes, all other Senators not to exceed five minutes, time may be shared, and the Minister to be given not less than ten minutes to reply to the debate; No. 5, statements on special needs assistants, to be taken at 6 p.m. and to conclude at 7.15 p.m., if not previously concluded, with the time allocated to the opening remarks of the Minister not to exceed eight minutes, group spokespersons not to exceed ten minutes, time may be shared, and the Minister to be given not less than seven minutes to reply to the debate; and No. 57, motion 1, Private Members' Business, motion on the implementation of the accelerating infrastructure action plan, in the name of Fianna Fáil Senators, to be taken at 7.15 p.m., with the time allocated to this debate not to exceed two hours.
