I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Thomas Byrne, and the official from his Department.
Before I call the Minister of State to speak, I welcome Councillor Tom Cronin from Waterford, Peter Reilly, Gerard Reilly, Maurice O'Mahony and Vincent O'Rourke. They are all guests of Senators Curley and Crowe. They are very welcome. I hope they enjoy their visit to Leinster House.
I also welcome St. John Bosco Community College from County Clare, guests of the Minister of State, Deputy Dooley. I hope they enjoy their visit here today. As is customary, there will be no homework for the rest of the day.
