Before I call the next speaker, I welcome from the banner county, County Clare, guests of Deputy Cathal Crowe from Scarriff National School. They are most welcome to Seanad Éireann. It is hard to distinguish between the teachers and the pupils but I will tell the pupils there is no homework for the rest of the week when pupils visit Seanad Éireann.
