I remind members in relation to the Standing Orders on the public good that there is a balance between that and the Standing Orders in terms of naming people in the House. I trust Members' judgment but I want people to be aware of it. A lot of the issues the Member brought up are in the public domain but I just want to make sure we do not say anything in this House that could affect any process in the future. I call Senator Scahill.
