I move amendment No. 21:
In page 19, between lines 17 and 18, to insert the following:
“(3) The Minister shall publish a list of the class or classes of assistance for which deployment of members of the Defence Forces in aid of the civil power may be approved under subsection (2).
(4) Where the Minister wishes to introduce a novel class of assistance, he or she shall update the list published under subsection (3).”.
