Mark Daly (CC), Administrative Panel

I welcome my colleague from Kerry, the former Senator Ned O'Sullivan. It is great to see him back in the Seanad. I am sure he is missing us but, as he would know, it was Pádraig Kennelly of Kerry's Eye who used to say that a day outside Kerry was a day wasted. I am sure Ned is enjoying life in Listowel and an active retirement with the Listowel Writers' Week Literary Festival and everything else. It is great to see him back here in Seanad Éireann. Anois, an Seanadóir Andrews.
