I move amendment No. 42:
In page 27, between lines 5 and 6, to insert the following:
“(7) Where the High Court grants an order under subsection (6), the consideration and determination of the appeal under section 28 shall be carried out by a different judge
of the High Court who shall only hear such relevant material as has been provided to the appellant.”.
