We now move to financial resolutions from the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance. Before I call on the Tánaiste to open the debate, I wish to remind members that there are three separate motions being debated in this slot, namely those relating to Financial Resolutions Nos. 1 to 3, inclusive. The motions will be moved separately, debated together and decided by separate questions. I call on the Tánaiste to move the first motion and open the debate. The opening speaking slot is for ten minutes.
