You see how gracious we are in Kerry that the Senator went way over time and I never even rang the bell once. I said, "You know what? If it only happens once every 75 years we can definitely give extra time on it". I said this morning that it was quite a scene after the game itself to see the celebrations on the pitch in Croke Park. I think there was somebody who was 91 years of age when the cup arrived in Mayo in the past couple of weeks and he was quite emotional on the return of the cup after 75 years. We look forward to the Mayo team coming here at Senator Duffy's invitation. We will welcome them to the Seanad with an open heart and I congratulate them on what was a fantastic achievement in football. After ten minutes, it looked like it was going to be number 12 but it did not turn into number 12, which showed the fierce heart of the team.
Before I call on the Leader to respond on the Order of Business, I welcome guests of Deputy John Paul O'Shea, Deputy Brennan and Deputy Mairéad Farrell. I think we have a great-granddaughter of the former Senator Gaffney, who served here in the 1930s. She is most welcome to Seanad Éireann. I thank her for being here. The particular bell I was ringing to restore order is the same bell that he would have heard when he was here nearly 100 years ago now. We also have friends of Sharon Pettit, and we have the Texas and Wicklow Roses here as well. They are most welcome to Seanad Éireann and I thank them for being here. Anois, the Leader to respond on the first Order of Business of the new term.
