Surely there is some paper trail that shows the number of phone calls of concern. What planning have the Minister and his officials co-ordinated to mitigate a second wave and to prevent the collapse of the sector? What exactly is the Department doing in that regard? Are the private vets who are contracted by the Department self-isolating from their communities or are they still working freely in rural Ireland? What checks and balances, best practices and guidelines has the Minister's Department put in place to protect the people of rural Ireland from the spread of Covid in their communities? --- Source: Houses of the Oireachtas.
