That is what we are doing with the LDA in respect of State lands. Senator Craughwell spoke about the Defence Forces. Nothing precludes the military from partnering with another body.
Why I mentioned that expertise is required is because when we look at approved housing bodies we have a regulator. We do not want a proliferation of different bodies involved who do not have expertise in the area. The point is well made and well taken and I will come back to it on Committee Stage in the Dáil. I know the Senator will be watching and we will be doing it.
