I remind Members the House has agreed that, for the duration of the Covid-19 emergency, the rapporteur's report will not be read out but will be taken as read. It has also been agreed by the Committee on Standing Orders and Dáil Reform that a single question shall be put on the business arrangements for the week. Where a member of a party or a group appears in order to object to the Order of Business, no further contribution may be made by any member of that party or group, any objection shall not exceed one minute, the Government shall make a single response to any objections, and that response from the Government shall not exceed three minutes. Therefore, the question is: are the proposed arrangements for this week's business agreed to?
