It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders that in respect of the motion regarding the approval of the nomination of members of the Government, the proceedings in the motion should be brought to a conclusion after one hour and 40 minutes; speeches shall be confined to a single round with ten minutes for each party or group; all Members may share time, and the Dáil shall adjourn on the conclusion of the proceedings.
