National Broadband Plan Dail Éireann — 2021-11-04 ============================================================ Denis Naughten (IND), Roscommon-Galway By the end of 2022, 75,000 fewer homes will have access to high-speed broadband than was planned two years ago under the national broadband plan. The build of the national broadband plan will be behind by a full 12 months after the first two years of the project. This will have a significant impact on the uptake of remote working across the country and an overall impact on climate emissions, especially in rural areas. --- Source: Houses of the Oireachtas.
