Residential Tenancies (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2021: Report and Final Stages Seanad Éireann — 2021-11-25 ============================================================ Malcolm Noonan (GP), Carlow-Kilkenny Amendment No. 5 is a consequential technical amendment to section 3(3) of the principal Act to ensure that tenancies of unlimited duration fall within the scope of the Act. In practice, such tenancies could be longer than 35 years in duration.
