He cannot take little bits of it to suit the agenda of the day. I am sure the Minister of State will reply on that.
I wanted to make one other point regarding the Senator's original comments. He said he was aware this legislation would be challenged in the courts. That is very disappointing if that is the case.
Senator Boyhan is aware that before we as Oireachtas Members pass legislation, there are already bodies and people lining up to challenge the legislation in the court. That is a disappointing situation if that is in fact the case. Senator Boyhan put it on the record of the House that he is aware that this is the case. I am saying here that it is disappointing that we as legislators are not being given the space to pass legislation before people are lining up to challenge it in the courts.
