This morning the SCSI published a very significant report, one which we commissioned and said we would do. We have improved the scheme already. I said I would seek independent input into it and would publish a report, and I have done that. That report has now gone to the expert group chaired by Paul Ford, who is an eminent engineer with vast experience in this area. He will report back to me and Government next month with recommendations about how we can implement some of the measures. We will require the co-operation of the Opposition to ensure this legislation passes before the summer. While we sought a submission from Sinn Féin on the scheme, we did not receive any information from that party. We now want to move forward with an improved scheme, which we have done, so that people can get their homes and their lives back together. That is what we are committed to doing.
