Ceisteanna ar Reachtaíocht a Gealladh - Questions on Promised Legislation Dail Éireann — 2022-03-31 ============================================================ Dessie Ellis (SF), Dublin North-West Serious concerns have been raised by trade unions and other stakeholders about the right to request remote working Bill. They have argued that the Bill heavily favours the employer in that there are excessive grounds under which an employer may refuse a request from an employee to work remotely. This renders the Bill ineffective from an employee's perspective. Are any of these concerns being taken into account? I ask the Minister to outline when this Bill will be brought before the House. --- Source: Houses of the Oireachtas. Licensed under CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).
