I move:

That Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:

Data Protection Act 2018 (Section 51(3)) (Defence Forces Tribunal of Inquiry) Regulations 2024,

a copy of which has been laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 1st November, 2024.
