I move:

That Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:

Data Protection Act 2018 (Section 60(6)) (Office of the Ombudsman) Regulations 2022,

a copy of which was laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 11th March, 2022.”
