Baineann an cheist seo le tuarascáil atá ag an Aire maidir le stáisiún raidió trí Ghaeilge don aos óg atá geallta le bheith foilsithe an mhí seo. An mbeidh sí foilsithe?
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 56 of 1,120 decisive votes (13 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Tá sé go maith go bhfuil ar a laghad dáta nua eile againn maidir leis an bhfoilseachán seo agus go mbeidh sé os comhair an phobail, tá súil againn, i mí Feabhra. Táimid ar fad ag fanacht le tamall maith blianta anois go mbeadh obair déanta maidir le stáisiún raidió nó bealaí difriúla chun díriú isteach ar an éileamh i measc an aosa óig maidir le réimsí difriúla d’ábhair agus bealaí difriúla chun ábhair a chur ar fáil dóibh. Tá súil agam nach mbeidh aon mhoill nuair a fhoilseofar é seo agus nach mbeidh Coimisiún na …
Tuigim go bhfuil an t-údarás neamhspleách ach sa deireadh thiar thall, ní féidir leo obair a dhéanamh agus ní féidir leis an réimse seo de na meáin chumarsáide tarlú, má tá sé le tarlú, gan tacaíocht Rialtais nó infheistíocht Rialtais. Tá an dá rud ceangailte go huile agus go hiomlán. Tá mise ag impí ar an Aire agus ar an Rialtas a chinntiú, nuair atá an tuairisc ann, go mbeidh tacaíocht ann ón Rialtas do pé cinntí atá le tógáil mar is léir dúinn cheana féin go bhfuil spéis ag daoine óga in ábhar as Gaeilge. Is léi…
The Select Committee on Enterprise, Trade and Employment has completed its consideration of the Screening of Third Country Transactions Bill 2022 and has made amendments thereto.
Amendments Nos. 10, 11, 15 to 17, inclusive, 20, 22 and 24 propose the substitution of "third party" for "third country". The purpose of the Bill is to transpose the EU directive and the Bill, accordingly, is limited to the scope of third countries and excludes the EU and associated countries, the EEA, Switzerland and the UK. The substitution of "third party" for "third country" broadens the scope of the Bill and would mean the Bill would apply to the EU and associated countries. The amendments must, therefore, be …
Amendments Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 60 are related and may be discussed together.
I am not aware of how this Bill passed through Committee Stage. We are in committee at the moment dealing with the four amendments, so I do not know the position.
Is Deputy McNamara happy with that? We are in committee. The four amendments are just amendments that relate to the Digital Hub Development Agency. There may be other areas.
There was an overall money message that covers all the expenditure related to this Bill, I have been informed.
That would be true of any Bill to which there were amendments.
Money messages usually cover all expenditure, including that referred to in amendments, until the Bill becomes law. However, if the Deputy wishes to take this matter up with the Office of the Ceann Comhairle, I would encourage him to do so. The Bill, as we are dealing with it now, must proceed.
Amendment No. 2, in the name of the Aire, is grouped with amendment No. 61.
Anois bogaimid ar aghaidh go dtí leasú Uimh. 5. Tá sé seo ceangailte le Uimh. 6, Uimh. 7, Uimh. 8, agus Uimh. 9 agus i gcás Uimh. 6 tá leasú ionadach ann. An bhfuil cóip ag gach duine? There is a substitute amendment for amendment No. 6.
I am not inclined to do so. We are in Committee. We are not on Report Stage at the moment. The Deputy can ask the Minister of State to explain himself on amendments. The Deputy has raised issues and the Minister of State will be given an opportunity to respond.
Yes. I erred earlier, as we are now on Report Stage, not Committee Stage.
We were on Committee Stage for the previous amendments.
After the Minister of State responds, the Deputy will have another opportunity to contribute if he is still not satisfied.
Gabh mo leithscéal, this amendment is grouped with amendments Nos. 13 and 14. Amendment No. 14 is also in the name of Deputy McNamara.
Because he is the mover of the amendment, the Deputy will have another seven minutes once the Minister of State has responded.
I am glad that this matter has been selected. I could have raised this issue at any stage in recent months or years but the situation in the Oliver Bond flats in the historic Liberties area, in particular, has gone absolutely buck mad. It is not the only flat complex in the area where there is open drug dealing at a level that has never been seen before. The queues of people outside certain blocks and flats show that this is organised. There are characters running up and down taking orders and delivering cash to di…
