Once again, on Monday evening, residents in the housing estate of Cherry Orchard heard the screaming of tyres outside their homes. I agree with the Minister that there is some good work being done by gardaí based in Ballyfermot. I was aware of a number of arrests, but those seven arrests have not quelled the issue and it seems to be continuing unabated. The Minister stated we have to have trust and integrity in An Bord Pleanála. I agree with him that we should have trust not just in An Bord Pleanála but in the full planning process and in our civil servants.
