Deputies Leddin and Costello will be sharing time.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 722 of 728 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Deputies Leddin and Costello will be sharing time.
There will now be eight minutes of speaking time for the Government parties. I understand Deputies O'Donnell and Calleary are sharing this time. Deputy Durkan has also indicated that he would like to speak.
The final group is the Independent Group, represented by Deputies Connolly and Fitzmaurice.
I understand that. I regret that Standing Orders and the order of the day preclude her from so doing unless Deputies had given enough time for her to reply within their own slot. She may, of course, respond in writing if she is agreeable to doing so.
We now move to the Sinn Féin slot, Deputy Conway-Walsh has ten minutes.
The order of the day stipulated that the Minister, Deputy Foley, would not answer questions unless Deputies ceded time, as Deputy Conway-Walsh has just done. Deputy Ó Laoghaire is getting three minutes, so the Minister will have one minute to respond if he wishes.
Deputies may cede time to the Minister to answer, if they so wish.
I am sorry but I must ask the Minister to take his seat. Deputy Ó Laoghaire has the three minutes that remain.
I accept that and thank the Minister.
For the benefit of all Deputies, the Business Committee agreed that this discussion would be statements, and that if Deputies wished to cede their own time for a Minister to respond, they could do so.
I thank the Minister. Some Members might have noticed that I inadvertently skipped ahead there using the old top-down list. The Social Democrats were usually after the Labour Party.
That is a different discussion. I will now return to the Government slot.
I call Deputy Quinlivan, and offer my apologies for the inadvertent issue with the speaking order.
Deputy Ward from Sinn Féin is next. He has three and a half minutes.
I thank Deputy Ó Cuív. In recognition of the political groupings and the manner in which Members have indicated, I call Deputy Michael Healy-Rae, who will be followed by Deputy O'Donnell. Deputy Healy-Rae has up to 20 minutes.
I am sorry to interrupt the Deputy. I am conscious that the remaining time for Second Stage is counting down and Deputy O'Donnell is present. I ask the Deputy to allow Deputy O'Donnell speak.
I appreciate that.
We do not have time for the Minister to make closing remarks on Second Stage. I apologise.
I am very sorry. The slot was due to conclude at about 5.56 p.m., which I was not aware of until the last minute. I apologise to the Minister and Deputy.
It is in the hands of the Members present. There are a number of amendments. If the Minister wants to make a statement on section 1, there is no amendment.
