I thank the Deputy.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 782 of 793 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

We will move to Question No. 7 in the name of Deputy Sherlock.
I understand that. Deputy Sherlock is not present so I will move on.
Not unless previously advised to the Ceann Comhairle. We will, therefore, move on. We will catch up and take it with Deputy Cannon's, if he wishes.
Question No. 9 is in the name of Deputy Tully who is not present. We will, therefore, move to Question No. 10, again in the name of Deputy Moynihan.
This question seeks to ascertain the extent to which the Minister and her Department have been able to assist with issues of deprivation in both urban and rural communities arising from the impact of Covid.
I thank the Minister of State for his informative and comprehensive reply. Does the Minister of State and his Department continue to liaise with the various communities in both urban and rural areas with a view to determining the extent to which any further assistance might yet need to be added?
I thank the Minister of State again for his reply. Does his Department continue to be in contact with the local authorities and the health services in their respective areas with a view to having local input and advice at the coalface and to directing, or redirecting as the case may be, to ensure that assistance is available and continues to be available?
Question No. 93 is in the name of Deputy O'Reilly and Deputy Quinlivan has been nominated.
We have three slots left, for the Government, Sinn Féin, and the Independent group. The Government slot is not being taken up so I call Deputy Gould.
That concludes the debate. There is no provision for a ministerial reply, but a short Government slot was not taken up, so the Minister may use the time.
Deputy Boyd Barrett has the next five-minute slot.
Five whole minutes.
Amendment No. 15 has the potential to impose a charge on the Revenue and is therefore ruled out of order in accordance with Standing Order 212(3). Amendments Nos. 1 to 4, inclusive, 16 to 18, inclusive, 29 and 30 are related and will all be discussed together.
This question seeks to ascertain the extent of the availability of both academic and technical graduates in sufficient numbers to meet the demands of the workplace in the years ahead.
I thank the Minister for the comprehensive reply. To what extent is the Department in contact with IBEC and other employment providers in the community with a view to concentrating on the areas most likely to show deficiencies in available skills, given that in the aftermath of the Covid pandemic and Brexit there will be a requirement for increased investment in that area?
To what extent is contact maintained with the major employers with a view to identifying from them the precise skills they anticipate will be required in the future, both academically and technically? To what degree does the Minister believe that this can be provided for?
