Yes, if that is possible.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 782 of 793 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Yes, if that is possible.
I congratulate the Leas-Cheann Comhairle and the Minister, Deputy McEntee, on their accession to their respective offices. I wish them both well. I also congratulate the Ministers whose appointments were announced today and wish them well. This debate is timely. As a representative for County Kildare, I have first-hand experience of a lockdown that was confined to a specific area. Everybody says it was successful, which it was, and I hope that it was equally successful throughout the country in terms of setting out…
While we all recognise the urgent need to continue with best safety practice regarding Covid-19, in the event that regulations might be lifted to allow the opening of pubs in mid-August, would it be possible to ensure that all pubs can open simultaneously, provided they can implement social distancing?
I am glad to have an opportunity to say a few words on this Bill. I congratulate the Minister and Minister of State on bringing it forward in good time. It is progressive and positive. It supports industry and companies that give employment. It is necessary. As a result of it coming before the House, jobs will definitely be saved. The investment is good and will benefit all of our people and our economy at large. As I said with regard to another Bill yesterday, I hope it will be possible to revisit this legislation…
He is getting impatient.
I remind Members that at approximately 8.10 p.m., the Minister has to reply. There are three speakers still to go. I ask them to keep that in mind.
I apologise to the Minister but I have to put the question at this time. Perhaps she can relay the rest of the information to the Deputies who raised that issue.
The information I have before me is that I must put the question at 8.15 p.m.
I am sorry, Minister, but I have to put the question. The instructions are here in front of me and if I do not do it, I will be in trouble. There is a time limit and I must put the question now.
I advise Deputies to present their concerns regarding specific provisions on Committee Stage, if possible. I must put the question.
I call Deputy Howlin.
I know.
Deputy Mattie McGrath is next. I am trying to get as many people as I can in and give the Minister time to reply to the points raised. I will then come to a second round of questions.
I thank the Deputy. I must call on two more speakers, one of whom he knows well.
I again thank the Deputy. Deputies Michael Healy-Rae and Daly are the next speakers. I want to allow the Minister an opportunity to address the issues that have been raised because there is no sense in doing otherwise.
I ask the Deputy to apply the handbrake to his speech.
I want to be fair and bring in the final speaker.
I want to advise Deputy Kenny that in five minutes I will put a question.
The Deputy has an opportunity to put the amendment now, or wait for the guillotine.
There is only one amendment.
