For the second time, please resume your seat, Deputy.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

For the second time, please resume your seat, Deputy.
We are way over time. I ask the Taoiseach to respond.
I thank the Minister. We are over time.
I am afraid I am pro-time.
The Deputy is eating into his colleagues' time.
The Deputy has identified people who are not in the Chamber. I ask him to be careful about naming people.
I do not think in three minutes and 15 seconds I can do justice to what I feel and believe regarding this consultative forum. It was framed for a particular purpose. It has delivered on that purpose, albeit very badly. It is very badly written and did not give policy directions, which it was not allowed to. The Deputy will deal with the amendment.
I am looking at the next two amendments and both are to do with preparing reports, albeit different types of reports. I remind the Members that we are discussing the amendments.
Please do not.
How stands amendment No. 12?
